Modern Air Solutions Heating & Cooling LLC installed our New AC unit 3 years ago. The unit has been giving us some issues ever since installation with coil leaks and also other unit problems. Todd and crew came out numerous times and did as Trane specified each time. The unit still did not fully cooperate , and Mike with Modern Air Solutions Heating & Cooling LLC decided to replace the entire unit. We were getting frustrated with the unit not working as it should , but were so impressed with the end result and replacement of unit by Modern Air Solutions Heating & Cooling LLC. Did great job, very efficient and also neat.

I had scheduled an appointment with Modern Air Solutions Heating & Cooling LLC they were able to set me up an appt quickly, (I’m out in the middle of absolutely nowhere , practically 35 miles away from most things) so that’s a plus.

the gentleman Todd Cornwell, a service technician showed up within the timeframe scheduled, he was professional and also courteous.
I just wanted to let the good folks know that this gentleman went above and beyond on the service call ,
he fixed the condensation and also the water issues I had.
He used precision instruments and did a lot of explaining to me on my system, in which I learned a lot by listening.
Todd ended up giving me some more refrigerant , tuned up my system a little bit more with his instruments , ,,fixed my issues ,,,,ordered a new drip pan just as courtesy ……and taped and sealed all things properly.
In the last six weeks I have had the opportunity to meet Tony, the sales rep. Dustin, an installer and now I’ve also met Todd, one of the service technicians……. I’ve also had to make a couple calls to the office and also spoke with the office personnel, I just want to let anyone know that this is the company to call
no hassles , no problems , top-quality service, no excuses ……..these people produce.
